building. Facility available to reserve for baby showers, wedding
showers, family gatherings, and birthday parties.
The clubhouse
recreation room offers a 48” television, and a wood burning fire place.
It also includes a kitchenette with a oven, stovetop, and microwave.

 Indoor spa enjoyable year round.
Community garden with 10’ x 20’ plots available
for tenant use. Plot have full sun, fenced with locked gates, garden
hoses, composting stations, 4x8 cedar tool shed, hoop green house for
plant starts.

help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
